In His Service,
9-11 Message: "Everyday Heroes" based on Philippians 2:1-4. This is a special Sunday service in the life of our church when we remember September 11, 2001. This sermon will remind the hearer of what happend on that infamous day in our nation's history--but it will also challenge each of us to be heroic in our daily lives in how we deal with the people we encounter. Plan to come out and invite everyone to join you--lest we forget the many lives that were sacrificed fourteen years ago. Listen here.
As part of our 9/11 remembrance, we recognized three people who laid there lives on the line for our protection. To listen to the presentation click here.
Last Sunday's, September 20 Message: "Overcoming the Fear-Factor in Life" based no Timothy 1:7-9. Everyone has experienced a moment of fear or anxiety one time or the other in life. What goes through you mind when you look up in your rear-view mirror and see a police cruiser with his lights on? Some fear is healthy, while many fears in life are not. This message will deal with unhealthy fears and how to overcome them based on the promises of God contained in His Word. Don't be afraid to come to church this Sunday--lol.
This Sunday's October 4 Message: "It's Not Fair--But God Is" based on Psalm 73:1-28. Have you ever heard someone say, Life's Not Fair!?" Have you ever found yourself saying the same thing? You know, sometimes life doesn't seem fair when we think to ourselves, "Do I really deserve this?" Have you ever witnessed someone who is dishonest prosper while you try to do things right and seem to get nowhere? How do we confront and answer the question: Why does life seem so unfair at times? Well, we'll do just that in our message. Plan to come out and invite a friend. It will have a life lasting affect
